Babak Yasmeh, MD

Dr. Yasmeh is a distinguished electrophysiologist with a passion for advancing cardiac care. He is board certified in clinical cardiac electrophysiology and cardiovascular disease. Born and raised in Southern California, he laid the foundation for his medical career by completing his undergraduate studies at UCLA. He then attended USC for both medical school and residency, where he discovered his passion for cardiology. Following this, he pursued a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Cincinnati, followed by an electrophysiology fellowship at Aurora St. Luke's in Milwaukee. Through these experiences, Dr. Yasmeh developed a deep expertise in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and other complex arrhythmias.

As an electrophysiologist, Dr. Yasmeh specializes in cutting-edge procedures such as catheter ablation and implantation of cardiac devices, including pacemakers and defibrillators.
